Bröllopskort i marint tema ...!

Material:
CS i Kraft
Mönstrade papper från Maja Design's serier "Skärgårdsliv" & "Lantliv"
Clearstampsetet "Dilly Dally" från Making Memories
Textstämpel med kärleksord från Panduro
Washitape från 7 Gypsies
Textstämpel "Forever and Always" från Inkido
Bling från Doodlebug

Grattis Farmor!

Baker's Twine från We R Memory Keepers i "Lemonade"

Week 4 Color Combo!

Well. we've entered the 4th and final week of the Summer Card Camp. I'm really gonna miss all the tutorials, videos and great inspiration... Anyway - here's the last Color Combo Card from me:

I was really inspired by Jennifer's card this week and therefore tried to make my own version of it. Just hope that the ink on the acetate will dry and not smear, since I'm gonna send this card with the mail...

Embossing and dimensionals...!

Materials used:
Patterned Paper from October Afternoon and Letterbox
DieCuts from Letterbox
Woodgrain background stamp from Hero Arts

Week 3 Color Combo!

It's another week and we're already half way through the Summer Card Camp... Time really does fly!
This week we've been given yet another color combo - and I have to say - it's my favourite combo so far...! So I tried to use another one of Kristina's sketches from last week to combine with this week's colors - and here's what I came up with:

Strawberry stamp from Swedish HellaBella Design, colored with distress inks on 200g watercolor paper
Patterned paper from Maja Design

Week 2 Color Combo!

The second week of the wonderful Summer Card Camp has almost past... It's Saturday night and I have finally taken some time away from "life" to put together my contribution for this week's Color Combo.
This is what I came up with, using sketch #1 by Kristina Werner:
It says "a little GIRL" in Swedish and is going to be sent to my former co-worker who just had a little baby girl! Always love when you can combine fun with the need-to-do stuff!

Here's a close-up of the coloring. Actually this is a version of a technique I tried out today for the first time. I've done it before, but never with Distress Ink Colors. I've used a blender pen to pick up the Distress Inks, just like Kristina did in her video, and found out that it works fabulous! Excellent when you don't want to mess with water and brushes - and much faster too! Love it!

Materials used:
CS from Bazzill and Stampin' Up!
Clear Alpha stamps from Making Memories - the star is from the same set
The Pear Pizazz CS from Stampin' Up! is stamped in Pear Pizazz classic Ink with a clear backgroundstamp "Grunge" from KaiserCraft

Twine "Referee" from We R Memory Keepers
Stamp from Magnolia
Distress Inks
Blender Pen
Sewing Machine
Alphabet "Jacqueline" by QuicKutz - used with my Cuttlebug to diecut the black letters
Lace borderpunch from Martha Stewart
Glitter on the wings
